Team Kit Enquiry Form: Each Field and the Part of Your Ordering Plan It Sets
The form below asks for the details your ordering plan is built from: your team type, how many riders, which of the six kit pieces you want, where your design stands, and the date your riders need the kit.
The six pieces are covered on custom team cycling jerseys and team cycling kit sets. Clubs planning more than one ordering window can see how windows are set on cycling club kit supplier.
After You Send: A Reply Within 24 Hours and an Ordering Plan Within 48 Hours
Within 24 hours on working days:
your Programme Coordinator writes to you, confirms what you sent and asks, in one email, for anything still missing.Within 48 hours of receiving your team size, team type and design:
your ordering plan arrives. When the form already carries those three, the 48 hours run from the moment you send it.Your ordering plan lists the ordering path for your team, which pieces go to which riders, and the dates for proof sign-off, ordering window opening and closing, roster lock and delivery.
From the plan onward, a first order follows the same route every time:
- your layout proof is drawn and signed,
- the ordering window opens for riders to enter their sizes,
- the roster is locked and signed,
- the Programme Coordinator follows production,
- and the Packing Lead packs rider by rider.
The full route is on the home page.
Logos, Photos and Current Kit Sent With Your Reply
Reply to your Programme Coordinator's first email and attach your files there:
Crest and sponsor logos as vector files.
Photos of your current kit, front and back, if your team already rides in one.
Design files of your current kit, if you hold them.
Your Kit Layout Designer checks every logo file before your first proof is drawn and lists any file that needs replacing in one note, so your proof round starts on the date in your plan.

Your Programme Coordinator: One Contact, Written Decisions, English
Your enquiry goes to one person: the Programme Coordinator who issues your ordering plan, sets your window dates, follows your order through production and keeps your team file each season.
We work in English, and every decision is recorded by email or on a signed document, so your team manager can forward any of them to a committee, a sponsor or a university office.
If your enquiry also covers bib shorts or chamois-bearing garments developed to your specification, send it here all the same: your Programme Coordinator passes that part to our kit development site, procyclingapparel.com, with your documents attached.
Factory audit requests go the same way to our factory site, cyclingapparelfactory.com.
You explain your team once.
The four programme roles behind your kit are introduced on about us.
