Custom Team Cycling Socks, Caps and Warmers on Your Kit's Signed Proof

Custom team cycling socks, caps and arm and leg warmers in your team colourway, made from the same signed layout proof, the same locked roster and the same ordering window as your jerseys.

A club rider pulling up an arm warmer whose colour band meets the band on his jersey sleeve
They are ordered by club kit secretaries, corporate cycling programme organisers, college team captains and league or multi-club kit coordinators.
Teams add them while settling a first kit order, or bring them in later: warmers for autumn, fresh socks and caps for next season.
Each piece carries your crest or one sponsor's small mark, drawn on the proof at the true size of its smallest size.
Socks are knitted in your colours, caps take an embroidered or sublimated crest, and warmers are sublimated with colour bands that meet your jersey sleeve.
We supply teams across the United States, Europe and Australia.
Send your team size, organisation type and design confirmation. Within 48 hours you receive an ordering plan setting out the ordering process for your team and the expected delivery schedule.

Arm Warmers, Leg Warmers, Cap and Socks in One Team Colourway

Arm warmers, leg warmers, a cap and socks laid flat under the jersey in one team colourway

We make four small pieces for team kits:

  • Arm warmers.

Full sublimation on the body, silicone gripper band inside the top opening.
  • Leg warmers.

Full sublimation on the body, silicone gripper band inside the top opening.
  • Cap.

A classic short-brim cycling cap, brim able to flip up, crown sublimated in team colours.
  • Socks.

Team colour pattern and crest knitted in, in mid-calf or crew height.
All four sit on your team's signed layout proof and on the same locked roster as your jersey, gilet and jacket.
They are produced in the same ordering window and drawn on the combined kit view with every other piece you order.
Any piece can be ordered for some riders and not others. A club might give every member socks and a cap, and order warmers only for the riders who train through autumn.
Small pieces carry no rider names or numbers. On the roster, each one takes a single size cell per rider, which keeps every rider's bag simple to check.

The jersey these pieces are drawn against is covered on our custom team cycling jerseys page, and the six-piece set on our team cycling kit sets page.

Custom Team Arm and Leg Warmers With Bands Drawn to Your Jersey Sleeve

Arm warmers and leg warmers each have their own artwork on your proof.

The body is printed in full sublimation, and the silicone gripper band sits inside the top opening, made in the same kind of silicone process as a jersey hem gripper.

The point that decides how warmers look on a rider is where their colour bands meet the rest of the kit. The Kit Layout Designer places those bands on the combined kit view:

  • Arm warmer bands drawn to meet the jersey sleeve end.
  • Leg warmer bands drawn against the shorts leg your riders wear, as a wearing reference.
  • Both drawn on the jersey alone, and under a gilet or jacket where your team orders one.
Your team manager signs the combined kit view with the proof. That page is the reference for every warmer in the run.
Before bagging, the Packing Lead lays one full set from your run against the combined kit view and checks that the warmer bands carry on from the jersey sleeve. That result is the first line of your packing list.
A supplier that makes only warmers can draw a warmer. It cannot draw it on your jersey and have your team manager sign both on one page, because it does not make the jersey.
A team warmer laid flat with its colour band beside the colour blocks it is printed to
The warmers are printed to a dated sublimation colour reference built from your team file, the same colour parameters your jersey is printed to.An autumn window of warmers takes that reference straight from the file, so the bands meet a jersey printed months earlier in the same colours.

Custom Team Cycling Socks: Your Crest as a Signed Knit Artwork

Our socks are knitted with your colours and crest in the yarn. Nothing is printed on. You choose mid-calf or crew height for your team.

Your crest and any sponsor mark go through one more step. The Designer redraws them as a separate knit artwork:

  1. Starting from the single-colour or reverse vector version in your team file.
  2. Simplifying fine lines and small lettering into shapes the knit can carry.
  3. Keeping every colour within the 5 the sock pattern uses.
Show one colour of the knit artwork
A knitted pattern carries up to 5 colours, base colour included. The Kit Layout Designer draws your sock pattern on the proof in those 5 colours, so what you approve is what the knitting can make.
That knit artwork is a page of your layout proof. Your team manager signs it with the rest of the proof, and only the signed version goes to knitting.
A kit layout designer holding a finished team sock beside the printed knit artwork of the same crest
The sock yarn colours are saved as their own dated colour reference in your team file, next to the sublimation reference for your jersey. The combined kit view lists both, and socks are knitted to that reference.
When your riders open their bags, the crest on their socks matches the knit artwork their team manager signed. Next season's socks are knitted from the same signed artwork and the same yarn colour reference.
If your crest changes, the Designer redraws the knit artwork, saves it as a new dated version, and your team manager co-signs it before the next window. The earlier version stays on file.

Custom Team Cycling Caps: Embroidered or Sublimated Front Crest

Our cap is a classic short-brim cycling cap with a brim that flips up. The crown is sublimated in your team colours, and the brim face can carry a colour band or lettering such as your team name.

The front crest is your team's one decision on the cap. There are two methods:

  • Computer embroidery.

Stitched from the single-colour or reverse vector version of your crest, in thread colours saved as a dated thread colour reference.
  • Sublimation.

Printed from your full-colour crest, with the crown, to the same sublimation colour reference as the cap body.

How teams choose:

  • A crest that reads well in one colour can be embroidered on the printed cap.
  • A crest that depends on several colours or gradients stays sublimated, so its colours match the crest on your jersey.
Your choice is drawn on the cap page of your proof and signed with it.
The same choice applies to a sponsor mark on the cap front. One mark goes on each cap: your crest or one sponsor, as your sponsor list sets out.

The cap is listed on the combined kit view with its references: one for a sublimated cap, or a sublimation reference plus a thread reference for an embroidered crest. Reorders pull the same versions from your team file.

Socks by EU Shoe Size, and One Size Column for Every Piece

Every small piece has its own size column on your locked roster. Riders enter each size through the same roster link as their jersey size.

Sock sizes follow EU shoe sizes:

  • SEU shoe size36–39
  • MEU shoe size40–42
  • LEU shoe size43–45
  • XLEU shoe size46–48
The Order Desk checking the roster cell by cell before it is locked
Arm warmers and leg warmers come in S, M, L and XL, and riders choose from the size guide attached to your ordering plan. Caps come in S/M and L/XL.
Small-piece sizes stand on their own. The Order Desk does not compare them with a rider's jersey size, so a rider in a large jersey can order medium socks without the line being flagged.

What the Order Desk does check, cell by cell, before locking:

  • A rider listed for a small piece with no size entered.
  • A size entered for a piece not ordered for that rider.
Once every cell is checked, the Order Desk locks the roster and your team manager co-signs it.

Send Your Small-Piece List and Rider Names

Tell us which pieces you want, which riders each one is for, and the crest or sponsor for each. Your Programme Coordinator replies within 24 hours on working days.

One Crest or One Sponsor Mark per Piece, Drawn at True Size

Each warmer, cap and pair of socks carries one mark: your crest, or one sponsor's small mark. Your team can use the small pieces to give a sponsor a placement of its own beyond the jersey.

Which sponsor goes on which piece is written in your sponsor list, alongside the tiers and order for the jersey.
The Kit Layout Designer places each mark on the combined kit view, and you can move or swap them in your round of comments.

The Designer draws every mark at the true size of that piece's smallest size:

  • Arm warmersArm and leg warmers: on the S.
  • Leg warmers
  • CapCap: on the S/M.
  • SocksSocks: on the S, in the signed knit artwork.
A team manager showing a sponsor the proof page with its mark drawn at the size it will be made
What your team manager forwards to a sponsor is the proof page showing its mark at the size it will be printed, embroidered or knitted. Sponsors comment through you, in one combined reply per round.
Every mark comes from files already in your team file.Embroidery and knitting use a single-colour or reverse vector version of each logo. A sponsor that has not supplied one is asked for it at the file check, with the format we need.
If a sponsor changes mid-season, the Designer changes only the pieces that carry it and saves a new dated version for your team manager to co-sign.
The new version is used for pieces in later windows. Socks and caps already delivered stay in use.

Each line of your locked roster records the proof version that piece is made to. Your team file shows which riders' socks or caps carried which sponsor, and over which windows, for your season report to that sponsor.

Sponsor tiers across the full kit are set out on our sponsor logo placement page.

Four Checks on Every Small Piece, With Pairs Clipped Together

Before any rider's bag is packed, the Packing Lead checks every small piece on 4 points:

  1. The size label matches that rider's cell for the piece on the locked roster.
  2. Paired pieces, warmers and socks, carry the same size and the same proof version on both.
  3. The colour matches the piece's colour reference, and the mark sits where the combined kit view places it.
  4. The warmer gripper band is intact, and the cap brim and any embroidery are sound.

A piece that fails is pulled and remade before bagging. If the remake would move your shipping date, your Programme Coordinator tells your team manager in writing.

Each pair of warmers and socks is clipped together and goes into the bag of the rider it belongs to, with that rider's jersey and other pieces. The bag label shows the size of each piece inside.
Each small piece has its own line on the rider-by-rider packing list, ticked on the 4 checks and signed by the Packing Lead.
Your team manager opens a bag and ticks it against that rider's lines. A supplier that makes only socks or caps sends cartons sorted by size, and your team sorts them rider by rider.

If something looks wrong on arrival, your team manager sends a photo, the rider's name and the size label, and we reply within 24 hours on working days. We check it against the signed proof and the locked roster:

  • Remade by us

A piece that differs from either is remade by us, sent with our nearest production run, at no charge.
  • Next ordering window

A piece that matches both, where the rider entered the wrong size, joins your next ordering window as a normal order.

Adding Small Pieces Mid-Season, for New Riders and at Reorder

Small pieces can go into your first ordering window with the jerseys, or into a later window. A club can open an autumn window in which the whole club orders warmers, with jackets and gilets if it wants them.

Through a season, small pieces follow the same routes as the rest of your kit:

  • New riders register name and sizes through your roster link and are carried into the next window.
  • Lost or worn socks and caps are a normal roster cell in the next window, marked replacement, with the size taken from your team file.
  • Every addition and replacement is made to the same dated colour reference versions as the pieces already in the club.
Your Programme Coordinator sets each window's lock date from the date your team needs the kit: 20–30 days of production, or 12–15 days on rush, with proof sign-off and size collection before it.
Next season, socks, caps and warmers are reordered from the same signed artwork and colour references. We keep your team file for 5 years from your last order.
If your jersey was made by another supplier, the Kit Layout Designer takes your colours and crest from its original design files or photos. It sets up your team file and draws the combined kit view. After your team manager signs, the small pieces are made to our colour reference versions.
