Privacy Policy for Team Cycling Kits
Last updated: .
Four Sentences Before the Detail
Here is the whole policy in four sentences.
- We receive the details you type into an ordering plan request form, the riders' names, numbers, sizes and measurements that come back through your team's roster link, and the request data our web host logs when a page loads.
- We use them to answer your request, to issue your ordering plan, to produce and bag your team's kit, to settle any delivery problem, and to call up last season's data when your team reorders.
- This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, heatmaps or third-party chat tools.
- Email [email protected] at any time to see, correct or remove what we hold.
The Operator and Where to Write
This site is run by Team Cycling Kits, the team kit programme it describes. The policy covers the site itself, the requests sent through its forms, and the rider data that reaches us when a team orders.
Use these contact points for anything about your data. They match the footer on every page:
- [email protected]
- Phone
- +86 177 0272 7677
- +86 177 0272 7677
- Hours
- Monday to Saturday, 9AM–6PM (GMT+8)
- Location
- China
Data questions go to the same inbox as kit requests, and the person who reads them can open your team's records. You do not need a special form or a separate department.
Fields on Our Ordering Plan Request Forms
Sixteen pages on this site each end with an ordering plan request form. Every form asks for the same four contact details:
- Your name, so we know who the team manager or organiser is.
- Your email address, which is where your ordering plan is sent.
- Your phone number, for when a call or a WhatsApp message is quicker than email.
- Your country, which sets the delivery route and the timing in your plan.
After those, each form asks about your team, and the exact questions follow the subject of the page. Depending on the page, the form asks for:
- Your team type, which tells us what kind of team the kit is for.
- The pieces you want in your team's kit.
- Whether this is a first order or a reorder, and on the contact page the team name on your last order, so your existing team file can be found.
- How many riders you expect to kit out.
- The date the kit is needed, your season dates, or your academic calendar.
- Where the design starts from, such as an existing kit, your design files, or your team colours and an idea.
- Whether you need riders' names and numbers on the kit.
- A notes box for anything else.
Every field describes a team order and the person organising it. The forms do not ask for:
- Payment details.
- Identity documents.
- Dates of birth.
- Home addresses.
Data Each Form Adds When You Submit
Pressing submit sends a few items along with what you typed. You never fill them in, so here they are:
- The address of the page you sent the form from (
page_url), which tells us whether you started on the MTB page, the reorder page or the sizing page. - The time of submission, which lets your request be answered in order.
- The site domain and the form type, which keep requests from this site apart from requests reaching the same factory through its other sites.
- A hidden anti-spam field, called a honeypot, that must arrive empty. People cannot see it. Spam scripts fill in every field they find, so a filled honeypot marks the submission as spam.
Those are the only additions. The forms do not read your location, your contacts or any other data from your device.
Where a Submitted Request Goes
Every form on this site posts to form.lianf.com. That is a form-receiving service we operate ourselves. It passes each submission directly into our internal ERP, where team orders are run from first request to delivery.
In the ERP, your request goes to one Programme Coordinator. That person replies, issues your ordering plan, and stays your single contact for the season. The other people on your programme see the parts of the order they work on, as later sections explain.
Rider Details Collected Through the Roster Link
This is the part of our data handling that goes beyond the forms. A team kit order concerns every rider on the team, so it carries information about people who never visit this site.
When your order window opens, our Order Desk sets up a roster link for your team. You, as team manager, forward it to your riders. Each rider opens it and enters their own line:
- Their name, if your kit carries names.
- Their number, if your kit carries numbers.
- The cut and fit they choose, from the options you opened for this window.
- The size they want for each piece.
- Their chest measurement and their waist measurement, taken by themselves.
On MTB rosters there is one extra tick box, "measured over protection", for riders who race in body protection under the jersey and measure while wearing it.

The Order Desk uses these lines to order and pack the kit, and for nothing else. Before the roster is locked, it checks each rider's chest and waist against the size chart for the cut they chose. Lines that do not fit the chart, or that have a measurement missing, go to you on a list to confirm. You talk to the rider and you decide.
We do not contact riders directly, and we do not change a rider's size ourselves.
After that, you co-sign the locked roster with the Order Desk. It is the list each rider's kit is made and packed from.
Each rider gets a bag of their own, labelled with their name and the size of each piece inside. A packing list per rider goes with the shipment. The whole team's kit ships to one address, yours. Nothing is sent to individual riders, and riders' home addresses are never asked for.
Names and Numbers on the Kit
A rider's name and number are printed only on that rider's own piece. The print files are made line by line from the locked roster, so each printed name and number comes from one row of it.
Names and numbers also appear in three places away from the garments:
- On the locked roster, which you co-sign.
- On the bag label and the per-rider packing list, so each bag reaches the right rider.
- In your team file, so a reorder starts from the same list.
Names and numbers are not used anywhere else. They do not go on this site and they are not used in any other team's work.
The Team File and How Long It Stays
When the roster is locked, it goes into your team file with the riders' measurements. The team file also holds your colour parameters and your signed layout proof versions. It is the record your next order starts from.
Only two roles can change a team file: the Programme Coordinator and the Kit Layout Designer.
Our Uses of Your Information
Each use belongs to the order you started:
Replying to your request.
You get a reply within 24 hours on working days.Issuing your ordering plan.
Within 48 hours of receiving your team size, team type and design confirmation, you get an ordering plan with the ordering route that fits your team and the expected delivery timing.Producing and packing your kit.
The signed layout proof and the locked roster go to production, and the roster sets every rider's bag.Settling delivery problems.
If something arrives wrong, you send a photo, the rider's name and the size label from the piece. We compare it with the signed proof and the locked roster to decide how it is handled.Calling up last season's data for a reorder.
Returning riders see last season's measurements on the new roster link and confirm or change them, so only new riders start from scratch.
Design Files, Crests and Sponsor Marks You Send
Most orders come with material that belongs to your team or your sponsors:
- Design files or photos of your current kit.
- Your team crest as a vector file.
- Sponsor logos, including their single-colour or reversed versions.
- Your sponsors' brand guidelines and your tiered sponsor list.
We use this material for your team's project: to draw your layout proof, to produce your kit, and to keep your team file for reorders. The signed layout proof and the colour parameters made from it are stored with your team file.
School and College Team Rosters
School and college teams order through a teacher, a coach or a student team leader acting as team manager. That person is our contact. They sign the layout proof, forward the roster link, and handle the list of lines to confirm.
The riders' details reach us the same way as for any team: through the roster link their team manager forwards. We do not contact riders, parents or the school ourselves. When a school requires approval for its crest, the team manager obtains it and sends us the vector file.
Each academic year, the roster link carries three kinds of line:
- Returning riders confirm or change last year's locked measurements.
- New riders enter their measurements and sizes for the first time.
- Riders from last year who have not confirmed are listed for the team manager, who decides line by line whether each one is ordered this year.
The line of a rider who has left stays in the team file with the earlier seasons.
Request Logs Our Web Host Keeps
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. As with any web host, Cloudflare keeps a request log for the pages it serves. Each page request is logged with:
- Your IP address.
- The page requested.
- The time of the request.
- The browser string your software sends.
These logs exist whether or not you fill in a form. We do not combine them into a profile of you, we do not use them to track which pages a particular visitor read, and we do not link them to your request or your team file. What Cloudflare does with those logs is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Outside Services Used by This Site
Three services outside your browser are involved when you use this site, and this is all of them:
Google Fonts.
Our typefaces load from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, and Google sees your IP address and browser information when your browser requests a font. We receive nothing from Google about it.Cloudflare Pages
which hosts the site and keeps the request logs described above.form.lianf.com
our own form-receiving service, which passes your submission into our ERP.
The WhatsApp Button Is a Plain Link
The WhatsApp button on this site is an ordinary link to wa.me, the address WhatsApp uses to start a chat. It loads nothing from WhatsApp while you browse, and nothing reaches WhatsApp until you click. After you click, you are in WhatsApp, and WhatsApp's own privacy policy covers the conversation.
No Cookies, Analytics, Pixels or Browser Storage
This site sets no cookies. Its scripts do not write to your browser's localStorage or sessionStorage. Each script on the site has been checked for both.
The site carries none of these:
- An analytics script of any kind.
- An advertising pixel.
- A heatmap or session-recording tool.
- A third-party chat plugin.
Nothing here follows you onto other websites, and nothing records how you move around this one. With nothing set, the site has no cookie banner and nothing to accept or decline.
How Long Enquiries Are Kept
Asking to See, Correct or Remove Your Data
Email [email protected], ideally from the address on your request, and say which of these you want:
- A copy of what we hold about you or your team.
- A correction to a detail that is wrong, such as your email address, a rider's name or a rider's number.
- Removal of your request, your team file, or both.
Our Two Sister Sites
cyclingapparelfactory.com, which covers bulk production capacity, and procyclingapparel.com, which covers fit and fabric development, are two other sites run by the same factory, and each has its own pages.
Changes to This Policy
When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If what we collect, where it goes or who works with it changes, the relevant section on this page is rewritten to say so.
